3 o clock kick off on BBC2. 55,000 tickets sold at Wembley. Should be a belter! A refreshing antidote to the woeful blokes/overpaid prima donnas international team, that never fails to disappoint

Took my daughter to her league match yesterday (they lost 4 – 1 but she played a lovely through ball for their goal) and all the pitches were being used by girls teams. The standard is as high as the boys, but there seems to be less rolling around on the floor crying.

Nice to see it being taken seriously, with TV coverage. The GA (edit: the FA even) get (rightfully) slagged off a lot, but credit where it’s due for really pushing the women’s game!

I’ll switch over after the LFCvCPFC game. So should only miss the first 15 mins.

Oh, and I agree, fair play to the Geographical Association.

Good to see the England Ladies, are as good as the men against Germany.
