Sort of following on from Gingerflash's thread and a few others about road bike fit, I'm thinking about getting a proper fitting done before I spunk a four figure sum on a new road bike. Can anyone recommend somewhere in East Anglia for the job? Failing that it'd be as good an excuse as any for a trip down to the smoke.

Subsidiary questions: how much should I expect to pay; how long does it take; will they point and laugh at me in lycra?
