    My vote is for a single seater or Lotus 7 replica (Westfield/Caterham etc.).

    Single seater is a very raw mechanical experience compared to the others, you will be encouraged to go as fast as you safely can. Maybe even get the back to step out a bit in the dry, your neck will probably start to feel a bit sore after about 5 laps if you are pushing it.
    Noisy, improbably stiff clutch, horendous gearbox, trigger switch brakes, no space to move – you get the impression that you are driving at a ridicilous speed and will think you will be offered a professional driving job at the end of it. Snigger as you outbrake Porsche Turbo's and Ferrari's (if it's dry)
