According to the T.S.S.H.P.I (Thomson Seatpost Second Hand Price Index), second hand prices are holding firm, but not rising. Some of the exotic stocks have taken a dive, but it's just seasonal adjustment. It happens every year. A lot of keen investors are getting in on the new 650b stocks, but on the whole it is a steady market. It's not a great time of year for the lower end stocks, I'd wait till spring. The first buds normally see a rationalisation of assets by some of the bigger players. Beware major flotations from high end 26" conglomerates though, as 650b takes hold stocks are going to come down but not drastically so.
