    Any recommendations?
    Hoping to go in Aug/Sept.
    Needs to have some half decent biking possibilities for the odd day.

    There is excelelnt riding above Nice and the Italian border

    september will be the best time. August can be VERY busy on the coast.

    Im sure juan can help with places to stay and for some info on the area look here

    also Frejus has some nice biking.
