Got a year old set of Mavic Crossride on my Canyon Spectral and recently a problem has developed. The rear wheel is not spinning freely at all. It doesn’t appear to be catching on the brakes and the bolt through isnt overtightened
The timing of this is crappy as I have my yearly Lake District trip in a week so need to get this sorted ASAP.
I’m hoping it isn’t bearings that need replacing as I haven’t a clue how to replace them. Help!

Any play in the wheel? Sounds like bearings but i wonder if it could be something to do with the freehub. Bike shop is the way to go. As time is a factor a new one is about £100. Or pick up a second hand one you could keep as a spare?
