    To be fair, if it was my business, I wouldn’t have negative feedback on the site. Then again, the very nature of feedback is generally that people are more inclined to post something if they’ve got an issue/axe to grind, so I fail to see the sense in a review section at all.

    Mainly though, I find it incredible that despite their terrible reputation, people still use them then complain.

    Didn’t <name removed due to superinjunction> also use this forum to slag Brant /On One under an assumed identity?

    Well here’s the thing: a far larger number of people have success with the products, than don’t. But they are not inclined to sing their praises with every purchase. Of course, real QC problems should be outed so they can be addressed. Flaming is not the answer and it would be sad if the company went out of business because of it.

    And no, I’m not a sock puppet for one-of-five-a-day.
