  • What's the going rate for a piano tuner?

    My M-i-L has a nice (but nothing mega special) baby grand piano and it needs tuning. She's been having it tuned in recent years but what she's been paying sounds a bit steep. Does anyone know what the going rate is please?

    That's a bit more comforting Barry – I think she's been paying about that, at that kind of frequency. I guess you're paying for someone's skill…
