We're doing a charity event in our office reception – all day sprints on a turbo trainer, 10 mins each, lightest settings. We want to do over 200 miles in a day. What is a reasonable average speed for experienced cyclists going all-out for 10 minutes?

I think there's too many variables based on products used.

Could you not just do a test for 3 or 4 of you riding for 10 minutes each and take an average?

    I'd say 20mph for 10mins but I expect you'll get more 🙂

Turbo training on min is very easy.

Agree, there's virtually no resistance on minimum, 20mph seems perfectly reasonable, probably more.
