Can't imagine he got arrested for breach of the peace for having a knife, he must have kicked off when they went round.
Having a knife would be possesion of an offensive weapon surely.

My rule is quite clear these days - I do not hang around if the driver looks like getting out of the car.I do. I just get so close to their door that they can't open it. And if they try I can force it shut again.

I'm not impressed with you lot at all today. Why has no one pointed out that you need to nuke him from orbit; it's the only way to be sure.
Plod is the sensible answer but if it all goes wrong, someone pulling a knife does give you some benefits. You know what they're going to do, with which hand and when.
Plus, if someone really knows how to use a knife, you wont see it.
