I use the Metal Gear codec ring too. Fairly discreet so it’s nice when someone notices what it is.
Also have the ‘!’ alert for text messages.

Just create them in Garageband if you have a Mac.

When he was off travelling round the world, every so often he’d phone me at work and as the theme went off I’d have to go “I have to take this, it’s very important”. “It doesn’t sound very important…”
