Looking to get a new (heavier duty) seatpost as I seem to have bent both my EA50's.

Was thinking of the Havoc, but open to any other suggestions. (Not Thomson)

    Looking around the £50 mark.

    Cheers

    Was thinking of the Havoc,

    Probably, or Atlas from Raceface.

I had an inline one once and whilst they do wear well and are easy to adjust, don't creak etc I am after a layback post and I personally don't really like the Thomson layback design.

Its purely a cosmetic thing I know but that's just how I feel.

Can't bend it if it's out of the way!

    race face xy?

If you don't mind it being a bit tatty, you could safe a few quid and buy mine, then I could buy a thomson inline!

Nukeproof Warhead. Seems 'bombproof' (pun almost intended) so far on the tandem and on the P7. Very high quality finish, excellent clamp, and very cool logo!

    Looks nice.

No mention of layback on the spec.

    Assume it's straight?

Not dead straight, the clamp head is set to the back of the post. I don't like straight posts either. Would estimate 40mm layback. Can take a pic of my P7 if that helps?
