    He’s a roadie looking to buy his first mtb

    5’6″, will be mostly riding the peak around Hayfield, Edale and also North Wales

    His budget is £1200

    What about a Whyte 901 or 905. They are both excellent bikes and you can pick up 2013 models with good discounts at the moment.
