Looking for one of those DVD players that attach to the back of the headrests to distract wife and child during this summers long drive to France (if the mrs is in the back seat asleep with bambino I’ll be able to hit the loud pedal and get us there in half the time)

Any suggestions on what to look for, what to look out for, cheap deals? Anyone looking to sell some that they no longer use?

Nextbase 7″ twin screen cheapie from Play.com. Had one for about a year and it is fantastic at keeping the peace on long journeys. Best used with closed back headphones.

I got a cheap one from Tesco about 6 years ago, still works fine. I think it was about £50.

Our Bush one from Argos has been good. Twin 7″ screens loud enough to work without headphones which is good for younger kids. Cost £100 ish
