Not going to recommend specifics, as there's loads out there and I've not tried much, but one thing I'd say is:

Don't skimp on the center speaker – it carries the largest amount of most film sound tracks, so arguably should be the best speaker you buy.

I bought a Linn center and now my setup sounds better than my local cinema 🙂

now relegated to the games room upstairs 🙂

Denon AV amp and a Miller and Kreisel speaker/sub woofer system. Doesn't matter which M&K system even the cheapest are brilliant and also good for stereo Hi-Fi which a lot of home cinema system aren't.

I'm now also disappointed by local cinema sound.
