one of these should do just fine
The only downside of it over the more exoensive S8 is steel ratheer than stainless steel bearings so they look tatty pretty quickly. To avoid that put a smear of grease on the bearings before assembly and give it a clean every so often by droping the bearings out and wiping any muck thats got in off with a cloth, dont use WD40 or similar though.
