Opp’s been experimenting with the air pressure and was running them very soft… down a set of rocks ‘steps’ they clunked quite badly. Now they seem to travel freely for the first 15-20mm then start work ing normally for the rest of the travel. The U-Turn ain’t doing anything at all (I assume I’ve done something to this), though the pos & neg air pressure is the same as I set it.

So definitely time to send em off or something I could think about doinging myself?

U turn cylinder is bust. I’ll bet they’re 2010s right? It’s a special feature of that model which I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing 3 times so far. Mine have alway been repaired under warranty.

Nothing to do with running them too soft. Mine have always failed with teh recommended pressure ranges (always going down steps)
