Wife needs a new front light for commuting in the city. Sick of buying cheap ones that fall apart so want something up to say £40 that is a good to be seen light. Something small would be good as it is going onto a folder.

What do people recommend that is small, bright and flashy. Doesn’t need to light up the road or trail as in the city centre and always on lit roads.

Lezyne Zecto Drive is nice and compact and sits very flat to the actual bar using a bungee fixing so no flapping around on top of a mount to be knocked/disturbed when folded up.

I actually have the Zecto Pro myself which can be either a front or a rear but is generally an “emergency” light for me, if you just want a front I don’t know how it stacks up in terms of brightness…

Moon Comet or the 700 lumen Smart if you fancy something with a bit more kick…
