just fitted my aerial for 1st time in a very long time, was a long time subscriber Sky,Virgin TV and got used to save programs for later/pause/rewind …. is there such thing for a freeview (box)? I don’t have the luxury so much to be there at the exact time for the program I would like to watch 🙁

Other brands are available but Humax are consistently recommended.
    Things to look for:
    – Freeview HD support
    – multiple tuners (to let you record multiple channels at once)
    – ability to act as DNLA player or server to let you connect to home network and share files
    – decent storage space (1 terabyte is good)

Freeview if working off a terrestrial aerial, Freesat if you are continuing with the satellite dish.

Is there anything (worth watching) on Freeview that isn’t available online?
