The G6 thread got me thinking about it really. At the moment ride a heckler with lyriks. What frames would accomodate the Lyriks but have a 120mm rear (hemlock being one i know of).
30.9 seat tube essential and a MAX of a 68 degree head angle

    Blur 4x will take a Lyric/Fox 36.

Hemlock, as you say. I’m aware that fanbois are boring so, blah blah, incredibly awesome, blah. Well, it has a 31.6 seatpost. (I’m assuming you’ve got a dropper seatpost in Heckler-size, some can be converted fwiw)

Have you considered that a 160mm fork with a 68 degree head angle at rest will be very steep when the fork is compressed? I run 66 degrees on my nomad…

I’d get a shorter shock for the heckler. It would lower the bb, lower the travel and slacken the head angle.

and also cause the wheel to hit the seat tube at full travel
