Rich people. Not all rich people but people who live to be rich. People who just want to make money. Prior to meeting many of these people I thought they should be respected and even be considered as role models.

As I passed through life I met some of these people and I’m now firmly of the opinion that they are the nastiest, most ruthless MF’s you’d never want to meet. They’d sell their own children to make a tenner. Kill them all.

People who hate fat people and take a holier-than-thou attitude because they’re “too clever” to get fat.
People who think fat people are stupid.

Ignorant, arrogant, socially devisive people who are unaware that their prejudices reek of their own shortcomings and insecurities.

Trouble is, with a lot of people, if you take away their ability to feel superior, they’re left with nothing.

The IAT test thing was quite interesting – not sure it’s scientifically valid though, as the order the words/images/categories were presented and their subsequent changes made for an obvious slower reaction time once the sorting directions changed (I reckon I could have associated oranges with evil and apples with love if they’d chosen such images). It gave me a significantly biased result which I’d disagree with entirely, though suspected it would tilt it part way due to my origins.

Anybody vaguely to the right of Arthur Scargill.

Rusty, how many people actually fit into that category????

btw you’ll have to disassoctiate yourself from me next time you see me, I probably wouldn’t spend less than 30quid on jeans.. I hate primark, the mens clothes in particular so there’s my prejudice right there

    Ed, I am very disappointed.
You missed the wink at the end.
That wink, obviously. was meant to convey the fact that I was simply attempting to reinforce a carefully constructed stereotype, thus deconstructing the theory of inherent prejudice implicit in the Trolling Zoo Fighters’ original post.

To suggest I actually believe any of those vile, prejudicial attitudes is grossly offensive – and I’ll fight any southern, religious, right wing posh jean wearing Wednesday supporting abomination of a human being that dares to suggests otherwise.

Wait for it, wait for it…………….

Me too. I have to make a concerted effort to treat these people normally.

I also struggle with Mediterranean’s a bit (with the exception of Portuguese, who I think are great); not sure why.

But on the other hand you are perfectly happy with supporters of rampant capitalism who like to pretend that recessions don’t cause budgetary deficits ?

Still it’s nice hear you admit that it’s your personal “prejudice”……that’s what I call honesty.

People over 5’11”. Just no need for it. They use up more materials for clothes, and ceilings need to be made higher to accommodate them, and their bikes use up far too much material too.

Actually that’s not an irrational prejudice, it’s a perfectly reasonable, justifiable and understandable one….
