i have a pair of roval wheels, the hubs are in great condition but the rear rim is shot, i want to re rim it, but its 28hole. can anyone recommend a 28 hole, wide ish rear rim ? it will be more of a AM rim than xc.

also, if i can re rim, can i re use the existing spokes ?

You can get replacement rovals rims from specialised, they are expensive at around £90 each but you could send them to their HQ where they will rebuild it for you and you would more than likely get the rim cheaper as a crash replacement. You can use the spokes again but check the nipples as are alloy so will carrode and crack, again specialised can do these for you or sell them to you.

Contact your nearest specialised concept store, Number for Bristol is 01179297368, or contact Duncan at Specialised HQ who builds and services the wheels on 02083913500. Go straight to Duncan as this is who the shop will phone, and he will tell you prices and anything else you need to know.
