I have ran out of Grangers 2in1 washer/proofer and Tesco spray-on proofer?

Whats’ the best replacement?

If you can get a hold of some ( online ) Balistol Pluvonin is the best I have used ..its a spray on so don’t go washing your coat too often as you will need to re-proof each time ..dry & brush off excess mud ..
You will also need to apply in a well ventilated area ..outside preferably.
It’s quite expensive but works brilliantly .

Nikwax TX Direct works well and as it wears off doesn’t deposit really poisonous chemicals over the countryside like any of the fluorocarbon water repellents.
