Invested in a semi decent Asics running jacket as i was tired of boil in the bag cheapos a la decathlon. However after about 8-10 runs theres a distinct ‘eau’ de arm funk and i’m wondering if anyone has experience of washing them as there doesn’t appear to be washing instructions on the labels.

I usually wash my gucci gore tex kit in nikwax tech wash the re-proof with direct but i don’t really want to be doing that every 8 or so runs. Thoughts?

Just wash it in the machine with neutral soap flakes/liquid. Depending on the jacket, then tumble dry it (re-activates the DWR) or sling it over a radiator if unsure

My running jacket is just a Pertex Shell, goes in the wash with everything else at 40C….
