What shamelessly materialist things do you currently desire, why, and how likely are you to purchase them in the near future?
Please feel free to start a different thread about the rights and wrongs of this 
I'll go first:
1) New caravan, for holidays and races, hopefully in the next couple of years.
2) Wide angle lens, for taking pictures, hopefully before the summer's gone and I've left the mountains
3) Floor loom for Mrs Grips, so she can make blankets and bedspreads, within a year
4) Tripod, for macro pictures, within a year
