    Anyone got a copy they would like to sell or photocopy for me please?

    Ordered a copy from French website and they refunded me as OOS. Be damned if I can find anywhere with one in stock!

    They crop up on eBay occasionally. It’s a unique enough name to set up an email alert on there.
