got a piece of land that isn't going to be developed for 12 months or more and thought i might be able to let some space

not wanting to p7** on your chips but you need planning for this and depending on where the land is (near schools etc) this can be difficult.

forrest , jc decaux, most of the billboards in your area will have the name of the company that owns them on the frame somewhere

i know you need planning but the advertising operators do all that and it wont be a problem in this location
