Clearly I haven’t got any of that in me, but suspect the producers of the programme have in some small way convinced the BBC that there are still folks around (about 400) that actually get what V&B might call humour.

Well they get Miranda on and Mrs Browns Boys between them there’s about 1 person likes them so that’ll be why.

Viewing figures for both suggest otherwise.

far better things to do than listen/watch anything these two imbeciles try and create.. Appauled that we’ve funded yet another programme that brings there two oik’s back on the screen.

I didn’t dislike it but I am getting bored of the beebs lack of originality. Since the success of the bloody awful mrs browns boys they now seem to be churning out these live studio audience, broad slapstick sitcoms – Catherine Tate’s Nan being another. No doubt Rik and Ade will be back soon with another series of Bottom.

Ah I fondly remember watching the first “Big Night Out”. Wonderful stuff. Just look at the size of that sausage.

Sadly, the trailers put me off the new sitcom so I didn’t watch it.

Vic & Bob, the Marmite of comedy.
Better than beige crap like Miranda.

Yep. I was nearly put off by this actual thread but watched it anyway and laughed my head off. Yep, it’s cheap badly acted crap, but right up my street. Proper, stupid funny. 🙂
