5 eggs
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz.) solid pumpkin pack
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 pkgs. 3 0z. Cook and Serve vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Beat eggs. Add oil and pumpkin. Beat untill smooth. Combine remaining
ingredients and gradually beat into pumpkin mixture. Pour batter into 2
greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-70 minutes, depending
on oven. Do not overbake. Enjoy!
