    Hi all,

Giving a presentation in a few days – just showing a simple slideshow. The slideshow (just photos for now) will be on my MacBook, and I would like to swipe through using my iPhone as a remote if possible.

I was just going to have the photos in Lightroom and try find an app that just lets me swipe left or right (not Tinder!), but maybe it will be easier if I have them as Powerpoint slides and use an app designed to pair with Powerpoint?

    Thanks,
    Duane

If you use keynote the iPhone can act as a remote. I do this occasionally, just last week in fact (actually using an iPod touch but I assume iPhone is much the same). You can also do pointless but cool things like draw on the screen for live annotation. Make your own ad-hoc wifi network if necessary.

Cuelab and it’s remote iphone app can do this.

Bit techy for average user but super reliable.

All kinds of remote apps you can use to use your phone as a remote. Alternately you can buy an apple remote to do this.
