    I have a load of stamps that I bought for a mailshot a few years ago but didn’t use. Are they still Ok to use or should I bin them?

    Do they have a value or just a ‘class’ marked on them?

    Former – add up to the correct value to use, latter they are still valid as per the class bought.

    I consciously bought a big pile on exes a few years ago when I knew the prices were set to rise. Still working my way through them.
