    What the hell does this mean and why is it freezing my computer up all the time? What can you do to stop it?

    Often, if you wait (hit ‘continue’), it’ll sort itself out.

    Anecdotally, I had this problem with Firefox for years. Uninstalling Flash was what finally sorted it out for me.
