Can anyone recommend anyone? Remember seeing one of the big insurance companies doing this earlier in the year, but can’t find them now.

Admiral do a scheme – MCJnr has had a couple of goes at birthday parties, but is still only 14.

Not cheap but seemed to have various stages up to a point they would have proper on road lessons.

Best bit was that at 11-12 years old he and his mates discovered that controlling a car safely was way harder than their testosterone fuelled imaginations thought it would be.

My daughter drove with Young Driver:
    Young driver website
when she was 13. She seemed to enjoy it and I was surprised how much she was able to do – either she was good, or the instruction was. Cost was £35 for 30 minutes, which was probably long enough as she was working hard. If it grows into a regular thing, you can buy a voucher for 6 lessons for the price of 5.

Lessons in full-size cars are for age 10 to 17 years, but the main requirement is being tall enough to reach the pedals.
    Venues advertised near Leeds are:
    BRADFORD, THE BROADWAY SHOPPING CENTRE
    LEEDS, CHURCH FENTON EAST AIRPORT
    PENISTONE GRAMMAR SCHOOL, BARNSLEY, YORKSHIRE

Looks like they have got sponsership from Admiral Insurance since we did it.
