Hi all
Doing a 60k road ride for charity tomorrow on my Orange Crush. I have resisited several offers to borrow a 'road' bike for the ride.
Question is would anybody bother swapping the tyres (spesh fastrack pro) for some slicks I have kicking about?
is it worth it or is it just faff???

I like the Crush, I find it comfy, its not a race so speed isnt an issue.
Also I thought doing it on a mountain bike would give me a harder work out benefitting my fitness more.
