Significantly different? Or not that you’d notice?

The x king is very small in 2.2. More of a 2.0.

I quite like them for winter xc though.

Not tried Rons yet, but i find xking a fabulous tyre. Rolls crazy fast, and grips in a wide range of conditions.

Thnx.yes, initially got the kings asvtough xc, but they’re turning out surprisingly good on current dry trails.

Not tried the xking but Ron’s are my go to summer tyre. Super fast tonight on hard packed trails !!!!

The x-king comes up narrow- a pet hate of mine, I got a 2.4 and it measures exactly 2.2. If I wanted a 2.2 I’d have bought the ****ing 2.2, you ****s.

I had my usual problem with schwalbe XC tyres, too delicate… But other’n that I really liked the Ron.

my 2.4 x kings are 2.33″ over the casing on crests. I was happy enough with that.
