Bought a Samsung Lcd last month from richer sounds

The speakers are on the blink already, had to turn it up to full volume last night to hear anything

Phoned them before and they said it would be repaired. I’m not happy with a repair on a month old tv and think it should be replaced with new one. Am I being unreasonable?

I want to win the lottery.
The law states that they first have to repair, if the repair can’t be done for whatever reason, they then have to replace and finally a refund.
If there is nothing to say anything else is knackered, and there is nothing to say there is and as there are 1,000s of happy Samsung users, we can assume it’s ok.
They repair the speaker, you have a working tv.

If the OP can prove that the goods were faulty at time of purchase than yes, he can apply for a repair/replacement or a refund.

However, I very much doubt the OP can. Instead the retailer can offer a repair or a replacement depending on which is their cheapest option. If neither of these are possible, then the retailer should provide a refund.
