I am getting bored of this weather. I am looking for either a turbo (changing the back wheel or tyre easy time or rollers simpler to set up but concentration needed when riding. I am planning to mainly do core fitness training so no sprints / effort sessions.

Core training, no sprints or efforts- then I’d go for the rollers

Can i throw in resistance rollers – it does mean you can do ‘moderate’ efforts on them. Rollers without resistance will always be just for very low level as they just spin away. I find I can do everything except my anaerobic on rollers and can do 1.5hrs as the motion is very natural.

You’ll use either for a few sessions then spend the next six months tripping over them before you stick them on eBay.

I went with a turbo because that way, I can watch tv while on the machine. No chance I’d ever use it otherwise.
