There’s a map on the Ride North Wales site which you can zoom in on to see where the route goes, but it’s a bit clunky Link (edit: That’s the link you posted! Doh!)
I was toying with riding the middle of it (i.e. Ruthin –> Brenig –> Llandegla –> Moel Famau –> Ruthin) in a day this summer, but never got around to it. (Should be about 60 miles / 10,000′ of climbing).

I know the top right bit very well, and a few bits near Brenig, but I have no idea what the rest of the terrain is like, especially in the southern half.
