  • Trek Remedy 27.5 owners – what else did you try before you bought?

    I have a 2012 remedy which I love, but its time to replace it I think. I like the look of the 2016 Remedy 8. You seem to get a good bike for the cash, geo is very similar to my current Remedy and a few dealers near by.

    What other bikes did you let try before you ended up with your Remedys (or any other similar bikes)? I do not want a 160-170mm Enduro bike, I am very happy with a sorter Travel 150-140mm bike.

    I like the look of the Kona Processes and the Bird Aeris but testing the bird will be awkward. What else am I missing (Canyons and YTs aside)?
