    Going to France this summer to ride my bike in the alps. Its ages since Ive been abroad and cant remember exaclty what I need.

    Travel insurance: Wheres the best place to get this? If i upgrade my HSBC bank to a premier account it is included i think, worth it?

    Health insurance: What do I need? Euro Health Insurance Card cover it?

    Bike insurance: Whos best to go with?

    Anything else required?
