So what do you guys and girls carry to keep you going on rides? I have type 1 diabetes and I use 50% mix of High 5 isotonic in my camelbak and jelly babies when required on rides up to 3hrs then malt loaf or Kelloggs elevenses bars as well for 3hrs plus.

Longer rides always planned around a cafe/tea hut stop
so don't need anything more than a bottle on the frame plus whatever chocolatey/sugary goodness takes my eye at the corner shop stuffed into the jersey pockets.......
