Live closer to your workplace ,have out of town park and rides in place with buses to large comercial premesis,ban parking for non essential users of cars at all workplaces or charge fees if they dont use the park and ride, move closer to your place of work, give out cheap loan bikes and bus passes,institute more home working,make better use of telecomunications, and most important of all why doesevery office need to work just 9 till 5, work nights and weekends like industry and the nhs does.
