druidh; I can see both sides of the coin on this one… whilst we're all mountain bikers it'd be nice to be able to not have the news thrust upon you.

It's the World Chanpionships was my point; the World Cup finished a week a go.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the difference between World Cup and World Champs – Is the Champs not the accumulation of all the Comps throughout the season – as per F1 etc?

Champs is a one off, WC is a series. Not related.
