What a lovely day for a Qs ride. Got in a few big hills and a wonderful cream tea. Introduced John to a new to him trail and let Charlie beat me up all the hills. Im feeling really done in now and need rest. Comments ?

Sorry I didn’t make it today but I found a crack in my rear rim as I was checking my tyre pressures when loading the car – wondered why the tyre was losing 10 psi overnight!
