It was a cold ride today alright ! Steve and John had snow issues and left their car halfway down Dunkery hill. Strange as coming from my side of town it was fine . Anyway John picked a route with loads of uphill and not much in the way of down. Not that im complaining just im sat here with very heavy aching legs ! Oh and it was very very cold too .comments ?

I did a last minute 'where shall I ride today' ride & ended up about 20 miles south of you guys on the southern moor around Hawkridge, snowed a bit but soon stopped when the sun came out – got a rare pic of Dartmoor from Exmoor

i'm flipping knackered after that. what felt like 4 hours of climbing in freezing conditions….at least my car hadn't been short-wheelbased by someone ramming it in the snow by the time we got back to where i'd abandoned it!

anyway cheers john and paul for the ride. off for pizza, beer, and sofa now…
