    Mrs Wolly sent me this link this morning link seems a bit to good to be honest what am I missing? we currently have oil heating and use ~1200L a year

    looks like a similar scheme to the free solar panels.

    in which case you never actually own the boiler and the company has an interest in your house -your mortgage co should be informed and may now allow it & could be hard to sell it on

    you would need to get more details IN WRITING before making a decision.

    It’s free because for every kWh of heat generated from it they’ll get 12.2p. According to Ofgem average gas usage is 16,500kWh per year so that’ll be £2013 per year or £14,091 over the 7 years it’s available.
