Hello all,

i’ve just bought a Tele Systems 9011HD decoder for the missus as she wants to improve her italian, however this is the forst time ive encountered satellite and i’m finding it impossibl to get it working.

I’ve got the TivuSat card all registered, that was easy.

I bought an 80cm dish which has a quad LNB, I’ve hooked this up. I’ve positioned the dish (Hotbird 13E) using an “app”, but i’m getting ZERO signal coming through. I’m trying to avoid paying professionals, but accept i may have to if the knowledge here cant help.

Should i at least see some signal, or if it’s not spot on, i’ll get nadda??
