I think they've all gone now and Merlin aren't making any more.

I've just sent you the measurement of approx 606mm but let Brant and Explosion have their say if it will suit.

606mm sounds very long. Where are you measuring to?
Typical 29er "suspension adjusted" forks are 470-490mm.
I'd have thought Jones would be around 430-440mm.

There's something wrong with your tape measure.
AtoC is between 430 and 435. Can't be assed to dig the bike out the pile to measure accurately.
EDIT. good estimate there Brant.

I had the last one
Just measured it - Jones truss fork from the center of the QR to the bottom edge of the headset is 330mm give or take a few mm, headset is 20mm then the headtube start. Good guess Brant. 606mm includes the top section of the truss fork.
Interesting to see what you want for it - they cost $1000 new, but then Jeff wont make you one without the frameset...... and you can't buy one anyway since merlin no longer make them!

Running 20" wheels there?

Haha yes 430mm my bad!

Sorry I measured from the axle to the bottom of the top head set, I thought that's what you asked me to measure.
I've never heard of the AC length
The measurement you want is aprrox 440mm I hope

Is this the correct place to measure on the updated shot above?Posted 2 years ago # -
Too bad, it is not going to work with (any) my sus corrected 29er, I need 470mm at least to not mess with my steering; it would work with a 26er and sus uncorrected 29ers though.
But I can always by your whole Jones can't I?

You could build a 69er from that spare fork...... Might be worth advertising it on MTBR classified section. I'm sure there's somebody out there who would want to build up a custom frame based around the fork.
