Anyone ever had a problem with thule roof bars ending up seized to the foot pack after being together for a few years (mostly outside and on the car?)
Flipping the lever on the foot mount of the system to release its grip on the bar is not working!!

If it's the alu aero bars, then yes. Been there, done that, bars died in the process. I can confirm that more force is not the answer to this one.
