So my 2+ year old (out of warranty) Thomson dropper needs a cartridge replacement – where’s best to send it off for a service?

Sent mine to iRide, cost £100 for new cartridge and seal head and other things that I’ve no idea about (keyways or something).

Send it back to Thomson. A mate of mine did this when his was out of warranty for a service expecting to pay for the service, and they replaced the cartridge for free. Not sure why, maybe there was a warranty issue that he was unaware of which they honoured out of warranty out of good will. Worth a go.
